Welcome. Red Oak Art Studio has been established for nearly 20 years. Original oil paintings,(commissions), Murals, and sign painting. Although at this time the only type of hand lettering and pinstripping I do is just  for specialty type signs. Oil paintings of the natural world consisting of woodland scenes, rivers, animals both wild and tame are a strong love. Oil Paintings of  the Native American culture and people has been a real passion.  

Red Oak Art Studio is located at my home south of Rosebud Mo.

Journey through the display of some of my original oil paintings. I will describe for you each and every painting; the meaning, the size and availability. All paintings are already framed in beautiful attractive, complimentary frames, and title plates attached. All paintings have available prints. The prints are high quality Gicl’ee printed on stretched canvas, ready for framing. The canvas prints give the idea of a real painting, framing is all that is necessary. I sign my paintings as woodswalker 7 a spirit name I acquired a long time ago. Will ship anywhere in the country.

I have painted many murals over the years. I only have five pictured on this website. The First was painted in 2004 in Sullivan Missouri.the size is 12 1/2 ft. by 62 ft. I use 40 year warranty paint on my murals finish with a graffiti proof sealer. My murals have a lasting beauty. I will travel farther than 50 mile radius to do murals with certain specifications. I have also painted many murals for churches and private homes as well.

The second mural was painted at a private home. Is 8′x7′. Painted on concrete wall. Scene is a slightly opened old time door with a little wood gnome peeking out. Brick and vines wrap about and a little flower fairy, and tree nymph fly joyfully.

The third mural was also painted at a home residence. It is 7′x19′. It is actually a family portrait from the “backside” as requested, looking out unto what they all love nature and wild flowers.

Mural – This mural was painted in 2004, At Sullivan Mo. on the bowling alley building facing Hwy. 44. It is a scene of the Meramec River depicting the old Sappington bridge and canoeist of the 70′s.
